KAALE CHANE KE FAYDE



kale chane sehat ke liye bahut fayedemand hote hai. isme kafi matra me carbohydrate
,protien, fibre,calcium, iron aur vitamin paye jate hai. 
lekin sabse jyada fayda ankurit chane se hota hai.




DIGESTION ME FAYDA
bheege hue chane se pani alag karke usme namak,adrak aur jeera mix karke khane
se kabz ki samasya se chhutkara milta hai. saath me iska paani bhi pee lein. 
ye bhi faydemand hota hai.kyuki chane ka fibre digestion ke liye fayedemand hota hai.



PATHRI ME FAYDA

raat bhar bheege hue kaale chane me thoda sa shahad milakar khaye. daily ise khane se pathri hone ki sambhavna kam 
hoti hai aur pathri asani se nikal jaati hai.



SKIN ME FAYDA 
chane ke atta ko roz istimal karne se skin se releted rog thek hote hai. 
isko khane se daad khaj khujli jaisi samasyao se bhi chhutkara milta hai.


DIABETES ME FAYDA

chane me bahut taqat hoti hai. ye shareer se glucose ko kam karta hai. jisse 
diabeties ke patient ko fayda pahuchta hai.

COUGH ME FAYDA
bhune hue chano ko raat me sote samay chabakar khaye aur iske upar se halka 
gunguna doodh pee lein. isse cough me rahat milti hai.
