MAKHANE KE FAYDE



Makhana roz khane se sehat mein fayeda hota hai,
Ye sharir ko fauran energy deta hai, Isme kai tarah 
ke nutrition bhi milte hain, Makhane mein aasani se digest hone wala protein, carbohydrate aur iron ki bharpur matra milti hai.







JHURRIYON ME FAYEDA

Makhane ke antioxidants sharir ko lambe samay tak jawan 
rakhte hain,Ye ek anti aging diet hai, Isse chehre par jhurriyan
 nahi aati hai.




JODON KE DARD ME FAYEDA(JOINT PAIN)

Makhane mein calcium hota hai,
Is liye ye jodon ke dard me khaas taur se arthritis ke marijon ko bahut fayeda karta hai. Sharir ke aur bhi dard jaise-kamar dard
