MURABBE KE FAYDE


Aamle ke murabbe ke alawa kai aur sabziyon aur falon ke 
murabbe banaye jate hai, Jo sehat ke liye bahut 
faydemand hai.


ADRAK KA MURABBA

Adrak ke murabbe se muh ka swaad theek hota hai,
Dama ki bimari mein isko khane se bahut fayda milta hai.


BADAM KA MURABBA

Ye murabba badam ki giriyon ko shahad mein daalkar banaya jata hai,
Isse khansi,cough jaisi bimaariyon se bahut fayda hota hai.



AAMLE KA MURABBA

Aamle ke murabbe mein vitamin C,iron aur fibre hota hai.
Aamle ka murabba baalon,aankhon aur pet ki bimariyon 
mein fayda karta hai.


SEB KA MURABBA


Seb ke murabbe mein phosphorous,
iron,
protien,
calcium,
carbohydrate,
vitamin B aur 
vitamin C bharpur matra mein hota hai.
Jinhe raat ko neend nahi aati hai wo sone se pahle thoda seb ka murabba khaye,
Bahut fayda karta hai.




GAJAR KA MURABBA

Gajar mein vitamin E aur iron hota ha,
Gajar ka murabba cough nikaalne mein,
dimaag ko mazboot karne aur depression ko door karne mein fayda karta hai.


PAPITE KA MURABBA

Papite mein fibre,
Vitamin A,
Vitamin C,
Aur antioxidants hote hai,
Ye cholestrol ko kam karne mein madad karta hai,
Aur pathri ko bhi galata hai,
Aur lakwa wa daaton ke rogon mein bhi fayde mand hai.
