SABZIYON KE FAYDE

AAJ HAM  AAPKO APNE JISM ME ANEK TARAH KI BIMARIYO KA UPCHAR SABZI KE DWARA BHI KAISE KAR SAKTE HAI. ISKE BARE ME JANKARI DENE JA RAHE HAI.
HAM SABHI APNE BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER ME SABJIYO KA PRAYOG JAROOR KARTE HAI AGAR IN SABZIYO KE BAARE ME JANKAR INKA PRAYOG KARENGE TO YE SABZIYA HAME BAHUT SI BIMARIYO KO THEEK KARNE ME BHI MADAD KARENGI-

Agar aap 1 catori bhindi hafte mein 2 baar khaye to ye matra daaton ko swasth rakhne ke liye kafi hogi,
Kyunki 1 catori bhindi mein aapko 40 gram calcium milega.

2 chukandar ka juice rozana subah khaali pet peene se motapa kam hota hai,
Aap ise kachcha bhi kha sakte hain.

Tamatar mein lycopene namak tatva paya jata hai,
Jisme cancer ko rokne ki chamta hoti hai,
Tamatar mein vitamin B6 tatha Polate hote hai,

Sir dard mein kheera katkar sunghne aur maathe par ragadne se aaram milta hai.

Adrak ke tukde par thoda sa nimboo ka ras aur sendha namak lagakar khane se,
low blood pressure mein turant aaram mil jata hai.
