DOUBLE CHIN KAM KARNE KA TARIKA

KHANA CHABA KAR KHAYE
bubble chin se chhutkara paane ke liye khane ko hamesha chaba kar khaye isse chehre ka fat kam hoga.


CHEWING GUM
khana khane ke baad chewing gum chabaye isse  chehre ki exercise hogi aur double chin kam hogi.

COCOA BUTTER
cocoa butter ko garm karke isse apni chin ki malish kare. din me kam se kam do baar 10 minute tak.


VITAMIN E
vitamin e ke tel se apni chin par 10-15 minute tak malish kare isse skin me kasav aata hai.


EXERCISE
apna chehra uper karke asmaan ki taraf dekhe phir seedha kar le yahi prakriya do teen baar dohraye isse double chin door hogi.
