MOTAPE KI SAMASYA




NEEND NA POORI HONA
Kai baar neend poori na hone ki wajah se bhi motapa badhta hai. agar aap poori neend nahi lete hai to aap khate bhi jyada hai .aise mein motapa badhta hai.

DOODH ( MILK )
Kai logon ko doodh ya doodh se bani cheeze pachana kathin hota hai. is wajah se unka motapa badhne lagta hai.

RED MEAT
Red meat ko sehat ke liye kharab mana gaya hai. isme maujood neu5gc se body mein sujan badh sakti hai. iske alawa red meat se heart problems ke sath sath kai aur bimaariyon ki aashanka bani rahti hai.

ALCOHAL
Sharab peena bhi motape ka karan hai. kai log sharab pee kar relax hote hai lekin isse thode samay ke liye tanav kam hota hai par isse wajan badhne lagta hai.

CHEENI ( SUGAR )
Fruit juice,pastry,cake,candies aadi mein bahut jyada cheeni hoti hai. ispar ham itna dhyaan nahi dete aur ye sab khate rahte hai. jyada cheeni lene se motape ki samasya hoti hai.

TEL ( OIL )
Jyadatar telon mein omega 6 fatty acid hote hai aur kam 3 fatty acid hote hai in fatty acids ka imbalance sharir mein sujan aur motape ko badhata hai. isse bachne ke liye extra virgin olive oil ya dusre aise hi telon ka istemal kiya jana chahiye. jin mein dono fatty acid ki matra balance
me ho.

MAIDA
Maida mein chokar, fibre, ankuro aur vitamin B complex ki kami hoti hai jisse sharir mein blood sugar bahut tezi se badhti hai aur motape jaisi samasya utpan hoti hai.
