SABJIYON KE FAYDE

Aaj ham aapko sabjiyo ke fayde batane wale hai. jyadatar log aaj apne khan-pan me kai aise upyogi protien,calcium,minerals wagairah ka istimal nahi kar pate hai. jo ki hamare sharir ke liye jaroori hote hai. bas hamen apne daily khan-pan me sab tarah ki vegetables ka use karna chahiye. jo hamari body me jaroori minerals ki matra ko poora karti rahengi.
