URIC ACID KAM KARNE KE UPAYE

CHERI
cheri me anti- inflammatory gudh hote hai jo uric acid ko kam karte hai isliye rozana 10 se 20 cheri khane se uric asid kam hota hai. 

JAITOON KA TEL
uric acid ko kam karne ke liye jaitoon ke tel se bana khana khana chahiye.isme vitamin e hota hai jo khane ko helthy banata hai aur uric acid ko kam karne  me madad karta hai.

AJWAIN KE BEEJ
ajwain ke beej uric acid ko kam karne me bahut faydemand hote hai. isme dard ko kam karne wale antioxidant aur diuretics gudh paya jata hai.

SEB KA SIRKA
Seb ka sirka khoon ki ph value ko badhakar high uric acid level ko kam karta hai.

FIBER
uric acid ko kam karne ke liye fiber wala bhojan khana chahiye.jaise daliya,palak,brokli aadi khane se uric acid ki samsya se chhutkara milta hai.

VITAMIN C
Rozana vitamin c jaroor le ye high uric acid ko kam karne me bahut madad karta hai gajar aur chukander ka juice bhi bahut fayda karta hai.
