AAM KE FAYDE ( BENEFIT OF MANGO )

Phalo ka raja AAM(mango)hota hai. 
jaise ki raja hai waise hi uski bahut si quality. chahe aam ke maze( test )ki baat ho ya usse milne wale fayde jaise isme fibre,vitamin B-6,vitamin A and vitamin C bhi paya jata hai.
