DAHI KE FAYDE (BENEFIT OF CURD) IN HINDI

Doodh se bani cheejo me sabse jyada faydemand dahi hota hai.Dahi poore bharat me khaya jata hai. khaskar punjab aur haryana me dahi jyada istimal hota hai.
Dahi khane ke anek fayde hai kyuki dahi mein calcium,vitamin D & B,lactobacillus aur protein bhari matra me paya jata hai. aaiye aapko dahi khane ke fayde batate hai---

Dahi sirdard ya jinko migrain ka dard hota hai.unke liye faydemand 
hai.subah khali pet dahi ko chini ke saath milakar daily khaye lagbhag 
ek mahine tak. migrain ke dard me fayda hoga.

-Khatta dahi istimal na kare. taaze dahi ka prayog kare.
-Dahi ek nishchit matra me hi khaye. 
-Dahi ko khane ke baad thoda aalasya aata hai. isliye student ko doophar aur sham ke paper ke  time par parhej karna chahiye.
