IODIN KI KAMI HONE PAR KARE YE UPAYE

Dimagi vikas ke liye iodin bahut jaroori hai. jo log iodin nhi khate hai unke sochne samjhne ki chhamta me kami a jati hai.

MUNAKKA
Roz 3-4 munakka khane se 34 microgram iodin apke shareer me jata hai. Munakka khane se vitamin A, iodin,fiber milta hai.

BAKRI KE DOODH KA PANEER
Bakri ke doodh ke paneer me 15 microgram iodin hota hai aur isme calcium, protin, vitamin B complex bhi hota hai. jo log paachan ki samsya se pareshaan hai unke liye ye dawa ka kaam karta hai.

BHUNA AALU
Aalu ke chhilko me iodin, potacium aur vitamin hote hai. ek aalu 
se apko kam se kam 30 se 40 % tak iodin ki matra mil jati hai.

CRANBERRY
Tazi Cranberry me iodin ki matra bahut jyada hoti hai aur ye 
thyroid grathi aur prajnan ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hoti hai.

DAHI
Dahi me 80 microgam iodin hota hai jo din bhar ki iodin ki kami 
ko pura karta hai aur sath hi isme bacteria bhi paye jate hai jo 
paachan tantra ko theek rakhte hai.
