LICHI KE FAYDE (BENEFIT OF LICHI) IN HINDI

Garmi is waqt bahut jabardast tarike se pad rahi hai. aise me bazar me kai tarah ke phal bik rahe hai aur  usi me ek phal hai LICHI.Lichi khane me swadist to hoti hai sath hi ye sehat ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hai. Lichi me corbohydrates, vitamin C,A aur  B complex, potassium, calcium,magnesium,phosphorus,iron aadi paye jate hai. jo hamare shareer ke liye bahut faydemand hai.aaiye jante hai ki Lichi khane se kya fayde hote hai-
