ANANAS KHANE KE FAYDE (BENEFIT OF PINEAPPLE)

Ananas ek aisa phal hai jo sardi aur garmi dono mausam me milta rehta hai.sardiyon me to khaskar ke vitamin c yukt phal khane chahiye. Ananas me vitamin C,A kafi matra me hote hai sath hi ananas (pineapple) me kafi matra me calcium,phasphorus,potasium aur fiber hote hai. jo hamari body ko swasth rakhte hai.
