Aloevera se imune system aur urja ka istar mazbut hota hai.
isliye Aloevera ke sevan se arthritis ke dard mein fayeda hota hai.
Adrak
Adrak ke sevan se arthritis ke dard mein fayeda hota hai.
Rozana 150-200 gram adrak ka sevan 2-3 baar me karne se dard mein fayeda milta hai. Soup,sauce aur salad ke sath adrak ka sevan karne se dard mein fayeda milta hai.
Tambe Ke Bartan Se Fayda
Agar aap ko arthritis hai to tambe ke bartan mein rakhkha hua paani peene se arthritis ke dard mein bahut aaram milta hai. Tambe mein oxikaran rodhi gun paye jate hain jo arthritis mein hone wali jalan ko kam karte hain.
Exercise
Jin logon ko arthritis ke dard ki shikayat hai unko rozana exercise karni
chahiye,agar aap ko exercise karne mein pareshani hai to aap ghar mein

sakte hain.

Arthritis ke dard mein sharir ki malish karne se ya steam bath lene se dard mein aaram milta hai. olive oil ki malish ya lehsun ke ras ko kapoor mein milakar malish karne se dard mein aaram milta hai.

aur na hi zyada aaram karna chahiye. bahut kam kaam ki wajah

ho sakta hai.

Agar aap ko arthritis hai to taze falo aur sabziyon ka ras aap k liye
bahut fayedemand hai. Lahsun,mausmi,santra,gajar aur chukandar
ka ras bahut fayedemand hai kyunki inme vitamin,antioxidant aur
poshtik tatv paye jate hain.
