Kela(Banana)  har mausam me asani se milne wala phal hai. kela urja ka sabse achhha madhyam mana jata hai.Kele me thiamine,riboflavin,niacin aur folic acid vitamin A aur vitamin B kaafi matra me paya jata hai.kela khane k bahut fayde hai jaise-
