STAMINA BADHANE KE UPAY (HOW TO INCREASE STAMINA )

Lambi bhaag daud ke baad kela zarur khana chahiye kyunki isme fibre aur natural sugar hoti hai isko khane se turant energy milti hai aur stamina ko badhati hai,,kele me thiamine, riboflavin, niacin aur folic acid ke roop me vitamin A aur vitamin B paryapt matra me maujood hota hai.





AKHROT
Isme omega hota hai Jo dil ke liye kaafi achha mana jata hai. workout karne se pehle 4-5 akhrot zarur khaye, fayda hoga.
