WAZAN KAM KARNE KE UPAY ( WEIGHT LOSS METHOD )




TARBOOZ

Pet ki charbi kam karne ke liye tarbooz ek asaan upaye hai. 
isme 91% pani hota hai aur vitamin B-1,B-6 aur C kaafi matra me hota hai. har roz 2 glaas tarbooz ka juice peene se 8 hafton me pet ki charbi ghat jati hai.





KHEERA
Garmiyo me kheera pyaas bhujhane ke liye khaya jata hai isse 
fat bhi kam kiya ja sakta hai. isme 96% tak pani hota hai, Minerals, fibre, aur vitamins bharpoor matra me hote hai. salad me roz 1 plate kheera zarur khaye.
