Pyaz ko roz kachcha khane se daant me bacteria nahi hote hai. pyaaz khane se daant dard bhi theek ho jata hai.
Aaloo (potato)
Aaloo ke 1 chhote se tukde ko 15 minute tak daanton me
rakhne se araam milta hai. isse masudon ki soojan bhi kam ho
jaati hai.
Baking Soda Aur Namak
1 chammach baking soda me chutkibhar namak aur thoda sa
pani mila kar pest bana lein. ise roz daanton per 3-4 minute tak
ragde. daanton ka peelapan door ho jayega.
Neem
Roz subah neem ki naram lakdi se 5-6 minute tak daatun karen.
isse daant bacteria free aur healthy rahenge.
Lehsun ( Garlic )
Roz lehsun ki 1 kachchii kali chabayen. isse daant mazboot ho jayenge.

Kele ke chhilkon ke andruni bhaag ko daanton par ragde. daant safed ho jayenge.
