PAIT THEEK RAKHNE KE UPAAYE

Adrak Khayen 
Adrak ke chhote piece par namak dalkar khayen,jinhe kabz,sardi,zukam ki shikayat hai unke liye adrak ka sevan achchha hota hai. agar kaale Namak ka estimal karenge to aur achchha rahega.




Gussa Kam Karen
Lagatar digestion problem ki wajah  tanaav ho sakta hai. Tanaav 
apke pachan tantra par bahut bura asar daalta hai.isliye yoga aur 
meditation se apna tanaav niyantrit karte rahen.




Khane Ke Baad Ghutno Ke Bal Baithe
Khana khane ke baad fauran daudne bhaagne ki jagah kuchh minute aankhe band karke baithna chahiye. meditation bhi ek achha vikalp ho sakta hai. isse apko urjaa milegi aur refresh feel krenge.



Ayurvedic Masalo ko Use Kare
Jeera,methi,ajwaine aur heeng aise masale hai. jisse khana pakane se pait ka hazma kabhi kharab nahi hoga. ye sabhi digestion ko theek rakhte hai aur pait ki soojan ko kam karte hai.




Pehle Ka Khana Jab Hazam Ho Jaye Tabhi Khayen
kaam me busy rehne ki wajah se kab kya kha lete hai dhyan  nahi rehta 
hai. isse pait khana pachane me asamarth rehta hai.isliye jab pehle wala 
khana hazam ho jaye tab hi khayen.
