ARBI KHANE KE FAYDE IN HINDI

Jodo Ke Dard Me Fayda
Arbi ke Patto me besan lagakar sabji bana kar khane se jodo ke dard me fayda hota hai. isme sodium, magnesium, vitamin aur antioxidants paaye jate hai. Arbi khane se kidney, muscles aur body ki nasen theek tarah se kaam karti hai.

Arbi me sodium ki kaafi matra hoti hai. ye potassium aur 
magnesium se bhi bharpoor hai. jisse bp control me rehta hai.





Wazan Kam Karne Me Fayda
Arbi bhook ko control karne ka kaam karti hai. isme maujood 
fibres metabolic ko active banate hai. jisse wazan kam hota hai.

samasya door ho jaati hai. roosi bhi door ho jati hai.

Sookhi khasi hone par arbi ki sabzi khayein. cough patla hokar 
bahar nikal jayega.
