skin me aur rangat lane ke liye thode se chokar me 1 chammach 
santare ka ras, 1 chammach shahed, 1 chammach gulab jal milaker 
iska pest banaye.iss pest ko chehre aur gardan par lagaye. 5 minute 
baad thande pani se muh dhoye. chehre par nikhar aayega.
