KAMAR KI CHARBI ( FAT ) KAM KARNE KA GHARELU UPAYE

Kamar ki charbi kam karne ke liye khan paan par control karna bahut jaroori hai. Oily, fatty aur jyada callories wali cheejo se bachna hoga saath hi physically halki fulki excercise bhi jaroori hai.
Aaj kuchh aise hi tips ke baare me jante hai jinse charbi ko badne se roka ja sakta hai aur kam bhi kiya ja sakta hai.



Fried Food Se Bachein
Roti sabji khane se kafi poshan bhi hota hai aur pet bhi bhar jata 
hai. Jabki fried food me fat aur calories bahut jyada hote. Jo charbi 
ko badane me madad karte hai. Isliye aise food se bachein.




Idli-Sambhar Khayein
Khane me idli-sambhar ka istimal karne se bhi pet ki charbi kam ho 
sakti hai. Idli khane se kaafi energy milti hai aur saambhar me daal 
hoti hai jisse shareer ko protien milta hai. Tale, chikne, bada paw 
waigairah me kaafi maida, butter aur tel hota hai. Jisse fat badta hai.





Brown Rice Khayein
White rice ke muqable brown rice jyada fayda karta hai. Brown rice me fibre bhi kaafi matra me hota hai. 





Vegetable Soup Piyen
Pet ki Charbi kam karne ke liye kabhi kabhi bhook lagne par soup ka istimal bhi karna chahiye. Vegetable soup kaafi fayda karta hai. Lekin soup bina cream use kiye hi peena chahiye.





Wheat pasta Kare Istimal
White pasta me sirf maida hota hai. Jisse fat bhi badta hai. Isliye wheat 
pasta ka istimal kare. Isme poshan ki matra aur fibre ki matra bahut 
jyada hoti hai.





Lemon Water Ka Kare Istimal
Cold drink ka istimal na kare kyuki 300 ml. Cold drink me 10 chammach shakar ( sugar ) mili hoti hai. Lemon water ko iske alternate ke taur par use kare kyuki lemon water se  shareer me rog pratirodhak chhamta badti hai, skin saaf hoti hai aur motapa to ghat ta hi hai.
