KHANE KE FAURAN BAAD YE NA KAREN

Walk Nahi Karni Chahiye
Khane ke turant baad walk karne se shareer me blood circulation par asar padhta hai. isse digestion sahi tarah se nahi ho pata aur acidity ki samasya ho jati hai. khane ke adhe ghante baad tahel sakte hai.





Cigarette Na Piyen
Khane ke baad pee gayi 1 cigarette 10 guna zyada bura asar daalti hai. isse dil se judi beemari ho sakti hai. khane ke baad 2 ghante tak cigarette na piyen.




Brush Na Karen

Khana khane ke turant baad sone ya letne ki aadat sehat bigaad sakti hai. digestion bhi dheema ho jata hai. khane ke kam se kam 2 ghante baad soyen.
