PAIRON KI HIFAZAT | FOOT CARE | KA GHARELU UPAYE IN HINDI









Tamatar Ke Chhilke Se Fayeda
Tamatar ke chhilke se pairon me jahan par daag ho ya nishan ho wahan par 10 minute tak ragde. Kuchh hi dino me daag khatam ho jaate hai.





Cheeni( Sugar )Se Fayda
Pairon ko geela kar ke 10 minute tak cheeni ragde fir garam paani me dubo kar rakhe. Aisa karne se jaldi hi pair saaf ho jaate hai.





Pyaz Ke Ras Se Fayda
Pair ki aediyan ko soft rakhne ke liye Hafte me 2 baar pyaaz ka ras aediyon par lagaye. isse aediyan komal ho jayengi.





Santre Ke Ras Se Fayda
Santare ke ras ko pairon par lagaye 15 minute baad dho lein. isse pair komal aur mulayam ho jayenge.





Namak Ke Pani Se Fayda
Namak ke paani se 5 minute tak pairon par massage karen. 
Pairon me dard aur thakwat door hoti hai.





Shahed Se Fayda
Shahed se pairon ki 10 minute tak massage karen. fir 10 minute ke liye garam paani me duboyen. Isse pairon ko kaafi fayda hota hai.







Neembu Se Fayda
Fati aediyon par neembu ragde. Qfir halke garam paani me 1 neembu nichod kar 20 minute tak pairon ko duboyen. Fati aediyon ko bahut jaldi fayda hota hai.








IN BAATON KA RAKHE KHAYAL :-

1-Hamesha cotton socks ka istemal karein aur moze paseene se geele 
    hone par badalne me der na Karen.

2-Geele pairon me joote na pehne sahi se sookhne ke baad hi pehne.

3-Nange pair bilkul na chalen, isse pairon ki tavcha ko nuksan ho sakta hai.

4-Aisi chappalen ( sleeper ) pehne jisme paseena asaani se sookh jaye.

5- Hafte me 1 din shoes ko dhoop me rakhe jisse usme maujood fafoond khatam ho jaye.
