Phal khane ka man na kare to fruit chat bana kar kha sakte hai ya fir
shakes, smoothies ya juice piyen.inse apko poshan bhi milega aur bhook
bhi kam lagegi aur mood bhi fresh rahega.

Sabudana ek tarah ke paudhe se nikle jane wala padarth hai jisme starch
ki matra kaafi zyada hoti hai. isme carbohydrate aur protein ki matra

Kuttu ka atta ek paudhe ke safed phool se nikalne wale beej ko pees kar
tayyar kiya jata hai log ise vrat me khate hai, kyunki na to ye anaaj hai
na hi vanaspati.

Vrat me log saade namak ki jagah sendha namak khate hai sendha namak
pahadi namak hota hai aur vrat ke khane me shamil kiya jane wala sabse
shudh namak mana jata hai. yeh kam khara aur iodine mukt hota hai.

Singada ek tarah ka fal hota hai jisme fibre,,vitamins,,and minerals paye
jate hai vrat me ise khane se poshak tatva poore hote hai.
Dry Fruits
Dry fruits kheer me daal kar ya laddu me mila kar khayen. badam ki chikki
khane se bhi apko bharpoor urjaa milegi sath hi lambe waqt tak apko bhook
nahi lagegi.
