DAANT KO SWASTH RAKHNE KE UPAYE

Paani Khoob Piyen
Paani khoob peena chahiye. Paani peene se shareer ki bahut si bimariyan door hoti hai. Muh ka saliva becteria aur saans ki badbu se bachane me madad karta hai. umar ke sath ye banna kam ho jata hai. ise banaye rakhne ke liye khane ke baad sugarless chewing gum aur din bhar khoob paani piyen.






2 Baar Brush Karen
Daant ko sahi rakhne ke liye din me 2 baar brush jaroor kare khaskar raat me sone se pehle brush jaroor karein. Pehle to tooth brush ko achhe se dhoyen aur sookhne de. isse infection kam hoga, warna cavities ho jaati hai.




Tambakoo Se Bachen
Tambakoo mu aur gale ke liye nuksande hai.Tambakoo se masudon, 
daanton aur haddiyon ko nuksan hota hai, tambakoo khane se aur 
cigarette peene se muh me saliva kam banta hai isliye ise avoid karen.





Jeebh Saaf Rakhein (clean your tongue)
Khana khane ke baad jeebh ko saaf kar lena chahiye. Jeebh par khane 
ke hisse reh jaate hai jisko na hatane se sadan paida hoti hai aur mu se 
badbu aa sakti hai. kuchh bhi khane peene ke baad jeebh saaf karen.

Daant ki proper dekh bhal na karne se daanto ki bimariyan dheere dheere 
hona shru ho jati hai. Daanton ka peela padna aur beemariyon ka theek 
time par pata chal jaye to bade nuksaan se bacha ja sakta hai. isliye har 
6 mahine me dentist ko dikhaye.
