KHUSH REHNE KE UPAYE IN HINDI

Aaj kal ki bhag daud ki jindagi me sabhi log stress wali jindagi ji rahe hai. aise me jaroori hai ki aap life ko stress free banaye. jiske liye meditation, excercise, morning walk, yoga jaise bahut se upaye apnane chahiye. 
aaj ham aapko yoga ya excercise ke saath saath apne khan paan ko sahi karke bhi stress ko kaise door kar sakte  hai. uske baare me kuchh tips dene ja rahe hai jaise --- 




Aakhrot Khayen
Mood achha rakhna hai to aakhrot ka istimal kare. Aakhrot me omega 3 fatty acid aur protein ki kaafi matra hoti hai. Aakhrot khane se stress wale harmone ka level kam ho jata hai aur mood ko achha banane wale harmone ka level badh jata hai.






Coffee Piyen
Coffee peene se bhi stress ko kam kiya ja sakta hai aisa research me bhi paya gaya hai. Coffee me maujood caffene energy dene aur mood behtar banata hai.




Neembu Istimal Kare 
Neembu me kaafi matra me vitamin C hota hai. jo happy harmone banane me sahayak hota hai. Stress hone par ek glaas 
neembu pani piyen aapka bigda hua mood theek ho jata hai.





Meetha Bhi Khaye
Meetha khane se aapko energy milti hai. Chocolate, ice cream, 
cake aur pastry jaisi meethi cheez khane se body ko energy milti 
hai. lekin ise jyada khane se health ko nuksan bhi ho sakta hai.




Kela Khaye
Kela khayen kyuki kela nerves system ko sahi karta hai kele me 
potassium aur magnessium hota hai. Kele me  maujood carbohydrate 
der tak mood achha rakhne me madad karta hai aur sugar energy deta hai.




Fish Khayen
Fish ka sevan faydemand hota hai kyuki fish me kafi matra me 
omega 3 fatty acid hota hai jo happy harmone andorfin ka level 
badhata hai. Jo mood achha banane me madad karta hai.




Egg Khayen
Jo log egg kha sakte hai wo egg ka sevan kare kyuki Isme zinc, 
vitamin B, iodine aur protein ki achhi quantity hoti hai. Jiski wajah 
se ye brain function behtar banane aur mood theek karne ka kaam 
bhi karta hai.




Pasta Khayen
Isme healthy carbs aur protein kaafi  matra me hota hai. ise khane 
se body ko energy milti hai aur mood achha karne wale harmone ka 
level badhta hai.
