GREEN TEA JYADA PEENE SE NUKSAN

Green tea sehat ke liye kaafi achchhi mani jati hai. aapki skin aur digestion system ko sahi rakhne ke liye ya motapa kam karne ke liye bhi green tea ka istimal kiya jata hai lekin jyada green tea peene se ya galat waqt par green tea peene se nuksan bhi ho sakta hai.
