JYADA GUSSA KARNE SE NUKSAN

Tanav ( Tention)
Gussa sehat me liye hanikarak hai. Jyada tanav se cortisol aur adrenaline nam ke hormons bante hai. Jyada tanav ki wajah se ye hormons badne lagte hai jisse diabetes, anxiety, heart disease aur motapa badne ki samasya hone lagti hai.





Depression
Gussa jyada hone se depression ki samasy bhi hone lagti hai. Jiski wajah se shareer me serotonin aur dopamine hormon ka level ghatne 
lagta hai. Jiski wajah se dard, anxiety, neend ki kami aadi samasya 
ho jati hai.

Dar ( Fear )
Gusse ki wajah se kai baar apne ander dar bhi ho jata hai. is dar ki 
wajah se aapke dimag me electrical aur chemical activity badna shru 
ho jati hai. Isse adrenaline naam ka hormon banne lagta hai. Jiski 
wajah se heart disease aur anxiety hone ki wajah ban jati hai.

Gussa jyada aane par shareer me sytokines hormon banne lagta hai. 
Jiski wajah se airthritis, heart disease hone ka khatra ho jata hai.
