protein hamare shareer me bhook badhane wale harmons ko control karta hai.agar protein ki kami ho to bhook jyada lagti hai jiski wajah se hum jyada khate hai aur wazan jyada badhta hai.

65 kg wale vyakti ki diet me 55 se 60 gm protien hona chahiye. yani 1 kilo wazan ke liye 80 gm protien hona jaroori hai.
