Cheez aur paneer me bahut adhik matra me vitamin B aur calcium hota hai. Diet me inki matra badha kar baal kale aur ghane ho sakte hai.

Dahi me protein,calcium, vitamin  B2 hota hai rozana 1katori dahi khane se aur balon me  dahi lagane se bhi baal kale ghane aur soft ho jate hai.

Roz kachcha nariyal khane aur gungune nariyal ke tel me neebu ka ras mila kar lagane se bhi baal kale hote hai.
