YADDASHT BADANE KA GHARELU ILAJ

Tamatar Khayen
Tamatar yaddasht badane me babut kargar hai. tamatar me maujood protien, vitamins brain cells ko damage hone se bachate hai. Daily ek do tamatar khana yaddasht ke liye faydemand hai.




Aakhrot Khaye
Aakhrot bhi yaddasht  badane ke liye bahut faydemand hai kyuki akhrot me omega-3,  fatty acid, protien, fibre aur anti-oxidant kaafi matra me paye jate hai. Daily 2-3 akhrot ko apne diet routine me shamil kare.





Jaifal
Jayfal yaddasht badane me bahut hi upyogi hai. Isme kai aise tatv hote hai jo dimag ko healthy rakhte hai. isliye jaifal ka istimal bhi kare.





Kesar 
Kesar yaddasht ko badane me madad karta hai. Kesar ka istimal 
karne se neend ki pareshani door ho jati hai. Jisse dimag ko energy 
milti hai aur yaddasht theek rehti hai.





Kali Mirch 
Kali mirch yaddasht badane me fayda karti hai. Kali mirch me piperine naam ka rasayan hota hai jo brain cells par kafi asar dalta hai. Jisse yaddasht badti hai.





Haldi 
Haldi yaddasht ko badane me fayda karti hai. Haldi ko khane me istimal karna chahiye. Kyuki iske istimal se bhoolne  ki samasya  
nahi hoti. Haldi dimag ki dead cells ko repair karne ka bhi kaam karti hai.





Grean Tea Se Fayda
Grean tea ke kai fayde hai. Iska ek fayda yaddasht badane me bhi hai. Grean tea me anti-oxidants paye jaate hai jo yaddasht badane me madad karte hai. Isliye din me do teen cup grean tea peena chahiye.





Tulsi Se Fayda
Tulsi ki 4-5 patti daily khane se bhoolne ki samasya door bo jati hai aur yaddasht achhi rehti hai.
