SARDIYON ME ENERGY KE LIYE YE KHAYE



Angoor ( Grapes )
Daily 1 katori angoor khaye ya phir 1 gilas angoor ka juice piye isse skin hamesha jawan dikhegi.




Gaajar ( carrot )
Gajar me vitamins aur anti-oxident hote hai jo sehat ke liye bahut faydemand hai isse skin bahut achhi dikhegi.





Anaar ( Pomegranate )
Anaar khane se bahut se fayde hote hai. Anaar se khoon bhi banta hai aur skin glow karti hai.

Khajoor ( Dates )
Khajoor me vitamins aur minrals bahut adhik hote hai inko khane se takat milti hai  najar kamjoor hone se bachata hai.



Aakhrot ( chestnut )
Isme omega 3 fatty acid hota hai jo blood ke circulation ko badhata hai.




Anda ( Egg )
Ande me protien aur calcium hota hai thand me isse shareer ko energy milti hai.




Lehsun ( Garlic )
Roz subah thand ke dino me 1 lehsun ki kali chaba kar khane se 
simen gadha ho jata hai.
