CHHILKE SAMET PHAL AUR SABJI KHANE KE FAYDE

Seb ( Apple )
Seb ke chhilke bhi sehat ke liye bahut faydemand hote hai. Jab bhi seb khayen to seb ko achhe se ragad kar saaf karle bajay iske ki chhilke ko chheel kar khaye. Seb ke chhilke me ghulansheel fiber paya jata hai hamare body me blood shugar level ko  aur body me kharab colestrol ko kam karne madadgar hota hai.





Angoor (  Grapes )
Angoor ko ham sabhi chhilke samet khate hai. Chhilke bahut hi faydemand hote hai. kyuki angoor ke chhilke me resveratrol hota hai. Jo dil ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. Angoor me keetnashak bhi paye jate hai.







Baigan ( Brinjal )
Baigan ka istimal bhi hamari body ke liye bahut faydemand hai. Baigan 
me antioxident paya jata hai. Jisse hamari  dimag ki koshikayen majboot 
banti hai.






Kheera ( cucumber )
Kheera khane ke bahut fayde hai. Kheere ko chhilke samet khana chahiye kyuki kheere ke chhilke me vitamin A, potassium, phasphorus, Magnissium aur calcium paya jata ho. Jo shareer me in sabhi ki matra ko poora karta hai.








Aaloo (  Potato )
Aaloo ke chhilkon me aaloo se jyada fibre, iron aur folet paya jata hai. Chhilko me 5 se 10 guna  antioxident  bhi hota hai.
