HIGH BP SE BACHNE KE UPAY


Diet Mein changes karke High BP se bacha ja sakta hai- High BP ke patients lagatar badhte ja  rahe hai. Isko control karne ke liye sabse aasan tarika hai daily acha khan-pan. High BP mein dil jis speed se khoon chhodta hai vo badh jata hai. Agar samay par iska ilaz na kiya gaya to isse kai aur bemariyan jaise kidney ki samasya,dhamni ki samasya aur heart attack bhi pad sakta hai. Kuch logo ke liye yeh genetic ho sakta hai.



NAMAK KA USE-High BP ke patient ke liye jyada namak khana nuksan
dayak hota hai. Jyada Namak khane se jism mein paani jyada banta hai.
Isliye zyada namak wale khane se bache aur kisi bhi tarah ke food par extra
namak na dalkar khaye.


PACKING FOOD KA ISTIMAL-Packing  food jaise bread,packing meat
aur pack kiye hue khane se bachna chahiye. Yeh blood pressure ke level ko
badhata hai.


OIL KA USE- Khane me tel ka adhik istimal bhi high BP ki ek wajah ho sakti
 hai.Jitna ho sake kam tel ka istimal kare. Tel mein fat zyada hota hai jisse
cholesterol ka level badne lagta hai. Isse blood pressure bhi badhta hai.


COFFEE KAM PIYE- High blood pressure wale patient ko jyada coffee nahi
peeni chahiye kyuki Coffee mein caffeine hota hai jo blood pressure ke level ko
fauran badha deta hai. Isliye roz coffee nahi peeni chahiye.


CIGRATE NA PIYE- High BP ke patient ko cigrate nahi peeni chahiye kyui
Cigarette mein nicotine hota hai. Isse blood pressure badhta hai aur dhamniyaan
sankuchit ho jaati hai.
